Security Door Keying Alike Guide

At Heatlie Doors, we offer certain extra services with the purchase of a security door, such as keying alike. This means your new security door can be used with the same key that unlocked the front door behind it, or other locks on your house if necessary. 

This service is all done in house, all we need is your key to be dropped in to our office when your security door is nearing completion of manufacture.

We then change the pins inside the new door's lock cylinder to match your desired key. We'll then deliver the key with the door on installation day. It's that simple!

Note that not all keys are suitable for the cylinders we supply, so sometimes we will have to decline to provide the service. This can usually be checked during our initial site measure for the door. 

On the occasion that someone orders two new security doors, these can also be keyed to have the same lock while remaining different to the other locks on the house, or they can both be keyed to be the same as other locks on the house.
